I'm currently reading A Knot of Sparrows. I love this series! Will there be more DI Winter Meadows books? There is so much we don't know about Blackwell, Daisy, Edris and the rest. Please say there will be more!

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Cheryl Rees-Price The idea for The Silent Quarry came from walking the dog up a disused quarry.

Cheryl Rees-Price I’ve just finished writing the third book in the Winter Meadows series.

Cheryl Rees-Price Find your own voice, write what you are passionate about and believe in yourself.

Cheryl Rees-Price The best thing about being a writer is that I can let my imagination run wild.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Cheryl Rees-Price I go for a walk or dig the garden, if it’s wet I blitz the housework. I find that physical activity is a good way to clear the mind.
