I don't sweat it. I have had days where I couldn't write a line to save my life, but I also have days where I wrote 15 - 20 pages in one days. Creativity by definition is sporadic and sometimes it feels like there is nothing left in us. But, just like a seed comes to life after a hard summer with a little rain, creativity too comes back to life.
However, you should be careful to differentiate between a block and laziness. Writing is work, and you have to be professional about it. You should never stop working at it in the name of a writer's block.

I have always been a day dreamer. I am also passionate about many things, the human condition, poverty around the world, the great many things we have achieved as species and a whole of other things.
I have a blog where I write about things that were on my mind at the time. As I kept writing those bite sized musings, I realized that I was rather good at writing, and there are people around the world who like hearing what I have to say. The fact that my voice has an audience, is what inspires me to write. I have decided to graduate from my humble blog to something more substanial.

The cute little things that my little one does. I felt that I should chronicle them somehow, and not by just taking pictures and videos. I felt it would be cool to include her in a fictional story and hopefully, when she is old enough, she will read it, and appreciate it.
