I started writing A Solitary Man a couple of months ago but life intervened and it's only now that I'm getting back into it. It started as a rural romance but is quickly becoming a rural romantic suspense. Can't help myself - I love a good plot and stories that gallop or canter along rather than a slow trot :-)
The characters, Jessica Munroe and Lawson Kelleher, came to me fully formed, so how could I resist writing their story? Jess, in particular, deserves to have some happiness after what she's been through, and Lawson is just the man to provide it.
