I got a message from 'the other side' in the form of a handwritten note, written in ink, on my finger. The note just said 'hello' and was signed by my mother who passed away in 1976. Strange but true - could be an interesting story......

I'd go back to Europe the way it was in Gill Paul's book, Another Woman's Husband. I'd run around shopping with Wallace Simpson and tell her best friend to marry the man she loves. Wally loved no one. I'd also love shopping with Mary in the Village, sharing a meal and giving her insight on the future.

I think the best thing about being a writer is creating worlds - worlds of characters, families and situations. I also enjoy words and language, trying to find the best description I can. I enjoy being lyrical. I also love ending a book, this writer's joy at the accomplishment of it.

Because I have a full time job and days set aside specifically for writing I can't afford to get writer's block. If I feel that I can't come up with anything I usually take a walk and think about my book. That helps a lot because I return from the walk with ideas.
