Ron Baratono I've always looked for the reason behind many situations, and writing them down made it easier. I write poetry, quotes and short stories that reflect situations that happen in my life, or something I feel strongly about. My faith is important to me, and it reflects in many of my writings. So many times, I'll use a reflection of God in a poem to help me with the situation. These are situations, we more than likely, all go through at one time or another. Often times, I'll write rejoicing. I think this is how many writers inspire to write? It certainly works for me.
Ron Baratono I don't deal with writer's block. I'm a poet, and author of short stories and quotes. I wait for the next event in my life, painful or pleasant, and then decide to write. I've wrote about situations I feel strongly about, and also situations in the lives of people close to me. It could be an emotional event, happy or sad. My heart will let me know if I should write about it. Then the words will come. Everything I've ever written comes from a situation in my life, or something I've reflected on and thought deeply about.
