Structure. Not so much in writing your first draft, but in your day. Get adequate sleep and always, always, always have a weekly quota of words. A weekly quota gives you wiggle room. If you want 7k words per week and you have an off day, you can make up for it on other days without thinking you've failed. But write every day.
