Hi, I am a school counselor and I am seeking permission to read April Foolishness to our K-5 students as a virtual bedtime story this week over Facebook Live. However, if we can find a day that your school is in session and mine is not... Contact me. Or if you're going to Hack WLMA I'll be there teaching a book repair workshop. Talk to me then.

Teresa Bateman If you properly credit me as the author, and use this for a non-commercial venture you have my permission to use the story. If you're using this for a commercial venture then you probably need to contact my publisher, Charlesbridge. If you're using the illustrations then you'll need to contact the illustrator. As a fellow librarian I'm always happy to support any library program that serves children!

Hello Teresa, I just want to say that my children and I love all of your stories! Tonight we read Fluffy for the first time and the kids were so excited to hear what was going to Fluffy they were bouncing up and down in their beds giggling. Teresa Bateman I'm delighted your children like my books. Fluffy is one of my favorites. If they like dogs they'll probably really enjoy "Job Wanted" which is coming out in September. It's a great dog story that my nieces and nephews love. Check your local library!

Teresa Bateman Write. A writer writes. It's that simple. The more you write the better you get at it. I believe everyone has at last one good book in them, if they'd just write it down.
