I loved the line about the Alarm Clock... Just wanted to know if I got it right, the line that says 'Handicapped hands spread wide like Jesus Christ... Clock's hands spread wide - because the time is 9:15. Handicapped hands - indicating the broken hand (small hand of the clock) Did I get it right? Please tell me I am right.. Please please please. :)

How do you get inspired to write?
Abhishek Krishnan Real life experiences. I tend to write better when I've experienced the situation. I am a 'method writer.' :)))

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Abhishek Krishnan When you write it is like you have a parallel life. You live in a whole new world. You know what to anticipate. You know the solution to your problems. You also have the liberty to design your fate there. And it’s beautiful.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Abhishek Krishnan I stop writing. Get some sleep, talk to a friend - grab a drink may be. I try to forget about writing for a while. Sit afresh later on and the writing will sync in.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Abhishek Krishnan I am a film aspirant. Apart from acting, I have also had a tad bit of interest in making movies. So, this story initially started as a movie screenplay, inspired from many incidents from my own life. I accidentally stumbled upon this novel idea. Got encouragement from my friends and it happened.
