Oh, boy. It happens to everyone! I usually just stop working on the section that's giving me problems, and move on to another part of the story. Usually I can circle back after a few days or weeks when inspiration strikes.

It was actually in the makings for quite some time. A few years ago, I wrote a couple hundred words about a reporter taking her first job. But I set it aside and forgot about it. Then in the Spring of this year, I found it on my hard drive. It came at the perfect time for me. I was ready for the project, and fell in love with Stella from there.

Right now I'm working on Book 3 in the Stella Reynolds Series, The Big Overnight. After that I'll write a novella--a prequel to the series, so you can see how Stella got her start. I'm really excited about her next adventure!!
