Thankfully I have never had writer's block. My issue is that I have so many ideas in my head, I never seem to have enough time to explore them all properly. I have a notebook full of ideas for future stories.

I know this sounds very simple, but write, and keep on writing. If you don't write, you haven't got anything to edit. Better to have something there which can be worked on. The first draft is magical - get everything down - you can fine tune and polish at a later date.
