Gosh, this is so hard to answer. First there are so many beloved couples in books but the ones that I am thinking of have issues that don't make them my favorite like Scarlett and Rhett don't end up together until the sequel (which wasn't written by Margaret Mitchell) or Elizabeth and Darcy (love them, but we don't see them together much to know how they are except before they are a couple). Maybe, America and Prince Maxim from The Selection Series but they don't feel like my favorite. Or Rebecca Bloomwood and Luke Brandon from Shopaholic Series but he's always so busy. Or Tris and Four but gosh that's so tragic, and they are barely together as a couple. Oh, but I do love Juliette and Warner from Shatter Me series, they might take it because of their story is so dramatic and hot. But they aren't together as a good couple until the end, which once they are together it is so good. Until I can think of a better couple, which usually is the couple that I am currently reading, I think Shatter Me's couple Juliette and Warner are it for me right now. Sorry, that was long, but I love romance and want every couple to end up together.

(view spoiler)[Hi Geri,
I looked at your book's description last night and I personally don't feel right about reading it. I am not a prude and I can appreciate you and your husband exploration and I can respect that. I am a law student and my focus is on Criminal Law and Sex Trafficking. So when I read that you visited prostitutes and brothel even if they are "legal" it isn't something I can support. There are too many young girls that are trafficked through "legal" brothels and the women usually started out as minors. Selling their body might be their choice now but too many girls never were given another option. Anyway, I have written scholarly articles on Prostitution and Child Pornography and I am strong opposed to both. I wish you the best with your book but I didn't want to lead you to think that I would read your book and provide a review. Thank you for your understanding. (hide spoiler)]

Sorry I haven't. When I do, I will leave a review. Thanks!

I am working on the final edits for The Swallow and promoting it. I am still in school, so I need to focus on it for a few months after it. But I have the sequel to The Swallow that I've started and need to finish. I also have two smaller books that will also be in the series that I have ideas about. Then I have about two or three other books separate from the Caged Beauty Series that I am in various stages of writing.

I think it was a combination of the tv shows I was watching. I love The Americans on FX. The main character of the show, Elizabeth, was dealing with so many issues because she sleeps with her targets and the stress it is putting on her marriage. The first thing that came to me was a scene where Kathryn has sex with her target, and I thought "How did she get there." The answer to that question became the first draft of the book.
