Hi Robin, I just wanted to ask you if your planning to release a 2nd book on your Toxic Desire series? I know you mention at the end of your book that your planning too do so but I was just wondering when that would be? I just LOVED your book so much and can't wait to get my hands on the rest xxx
Robin Lovett OH thank you so much, Susie! I'm so glad you loved it. This is a special series for me, too.

The next book, Captive Desire, Gahnin and Assura's book releases next week Monday Nov. 19th. The cover is finally up and you can add it to your TBR. Also, book 3, Koviye and Jenie's book will be releasing in February. I hope you enjoy them! (Sorry for taking so long to reply. Thanks for asking :)

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Robin Lovett My husband watches a lot of cycling. A LOT, a lot, a lot. Two summers ago, mid Tour de France with the races on our TV 4-5 hrs each day for twenty four days, I thought, these guys are damn hot in their spandex. Are there any romance novels about cycling? I looked it up and couldn't find any. So I thought, I've got to write this. And it's got to be in France!

How do you get inspired to write?
Robin Lovett It often starts with a question: what if I wrote a romance novel about, for example, cycling? What would that look like? Who would the characters be? How would the story go? From there it snowballs into a great beast of a novel.

What are you currently working on?
Robin Lovett Terrence and Aurelia's next story. It's far from over...

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Robin Lovett Just write. And value it. Your story is different from any other and is worth telling. And it's also worth being told well. It's worth the countless hours of editing needed to make a book really great!

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Robin Lovett Getting to tell stories. I love seeing my imagination come to life on the page and then getting to read my own book. It's very affirming.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Robin Lovett A blank page. If I need words and nothing's coming, it usually means I'm judging myself and thinking too hard. With an empty page, there's no expectations and I'm free to make mistakes. It usually frees up my creativity.
