My favorite couple would have to be from one of my series which is "The Black Jewels" by Anne Bishop. The couple is Daemon who has waited his entire life for the woman who he was destined to be with. A queen who he served long before her birth. That Queen is Jaenelle.
Even though it takes three books that span two decades for the two to be truly together; their relation ship is to me almost like Romeo and Juliet with several twist. After reading this series multiple times I still fall in love with charters.
