Austin Koepp I like Mac and Sif from Contact: Harvest. The concept of two artificial intelligences experiencing love based out of human envy and rampancy is a thought provoking and interesting development. To be fair, I can't think of many couples at this moment.
Austin Koepp Details can be found at https://garschast.wordpress.com/ but I have many things in the works. A ready to be published book would be Tales of Amara Val which follows the story of a city instead of a person as it is founded, grows, is mishandled, and recovers. A trilogy that is almost completed in editing is the Garschast trilogy, which follows the simultaneously best and worst vampire hunter the world has ever known. Everyone who has read it got a really good laugh and wanted more, so that is exciting and will be out relatively soon. Further back in editing is my first attempt at romance/mystery and that has no title yet, so I call it "Bogden." Don't worry fantasy fans, the main character is a reptilian man with a mix of a mountain badger/bear for a best friend. He is a jack of all trades with secrets to hide, except for when it comes to talking to women. Currently I am starting a new project which will be a two book series called Terrack. It is an adventure tale following a knight seeking redemption as he tries to fight through the flying castle the grants one wish should anyone reach its summit.
Austin Koepp It was an idea that came from being exhausted after writing Valhalla Forever, which was a serious book with a serious plot. I was just joking around with my girlfriend and made this nutty character quickly and she liked him enough that I thought to maybe pursue it.
Austin Koepp I wanted to do something memorable and I had always told great stories to anyone who would listen. It just took time to sit down and record one.
Austin Koepp I am currently editing and revising a trilogy about a goofy vampire hunter named Garschast. The first of the shorter books is on my site for free and the trilogy will be a more official launch.
Austin Koepp Writing is easy, getting people to read it is hard. Have a good group of friends to support you and give honest advice.
Austin Koepp Hearing which character was people's favorite.
Austin Koepp If it is short term, a good run or bike ride will help me. If it is more resilient than that, usually watching a new show or movie will get you to look at things in a new perspective.
