I become inspired to write by going to one of my quiet places and listening to the sounds of nature like the wind rustling through the leaves, the birds chirping, or the sound of the water in the lake swaying. They help relax me and transport me to my character's world.

I have always wanted to make a collection of my poetry and prose since I was in highschool. Poetry has always been a great outlet of expression for me. I found my inspiration in the most random and simply beautiful places. While writing "Secrets of my Heart", I wanted to compose a collection that people can enjoy and find comfort in.
