It really depends on what is going on. Right now, I plan on finishing the Waterfire Saga, the Warriors Saga, and any other series that I have started or that I want to read.

I would be more than happy to tell you. . . but then I would have to kill you. :)

The answer to this question is very complicated, as there are many reasons why I started writing this. Basically, I had the very primal idea with a group of friends.

Almost anything inspires me to write. The cold, the fog, the daylight, the moonlit night, and the wind in my face as I charge across the prairie with one of my most trusted friends.

At the point of answering this, I am working on the first book of a series with the working title of The Bleeding Roses. And that is all that I can give.

The best thing about being a writer for me is the fact that I can express myself clearly, and explore worlds that I can barely fathom. For me, every sentence is an exciting journey, and I love that feeling when everything starts coming together to create something special.

I deal with writer's block in many ways, and most of them depend upon the weather. One way I deal with it, if it is nice out and my horses cooperate, is taking Star out for a ride. Usually just spending time with my horses helps calm me down and refocus my thoughts.
But if it is cold outside, and my horses don't want anything to do with me, I will try to bounce ideas off of my closest friend, though she usually tells me to put goats in--don't ask.
And the last and least ineffective way I deal with block is by staring at my paper or computer screen until something pops into my head. Or until I get sidetracked by Youtube or Netflix.

My advice for aspiring writers is to just write! There isn't any better advice I can give.
But another piece of advice is to not give up. It takes a lot of work. Also, be happy with your work. Not everybody is going to like it. That doesn't matter, as long as YOU like it and are happy with it.
