What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?
Kathryn Hurn The plot in Volume Two of HELL HEAVEN & IN-BETWEEN is based on a real life mystery in my life. I never really knew how committed the man of my dreams was to me although he always said he loved me. Writing this novel helped me sort out and come to terms with that relationship with all its twists and turns. And even though I've given the reader a plausible but flexible conclusion, to this day, I don't truly know the truth.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Kathryn Hurn Unhappy events in my life spurred me to write as a kind of therapy. Putting that writing into a form that others who have experienced similar trials might benefit from knowing how another survived was my way of making lemonade from lemons.

I am really enjoying your book I mean that. I have a feeling that this could be a real fiction book. Is it based of true events? I also like how the characther Lucy addresses the reader as she knows we are reading her story. You are also without knowing helping me produce a book in my head. Also adding to my vocabulary so thanks for that also.
Kathryn Hurn Kelly! So happy you are enjoying my book. I had considered calling it a memoir but needed to change a few things: memory doesn't always serve us and to protect some of the characters whose stories I shared along with mine.
