Writer's block was a huge issue for me. I have an illness which makes it difficult to get my mind in gear some days, but after listening to a podcast by another author I realised that I just had to push through it.
I find that by forcing myself to sit at my desk and get the first few words of the day on screen, I get into the flow quite quickly.
Some days are harder than others, but I tell myself that tomorrow will be easier.

I've always loved reading, and promised myself that one day I'd write a book.
I began writing in 2014, but didn't really get up a head of steam until an illness forced me to close the business I ran in 2016.
With my new found freedom, and with bills to pay, I began writing.
I hope to learn and improve as time goes on, and I truly appreciate everybody who has read any of my work. It really is an honour to know people read what I've written, whether they enjoyed it or not!
