Richelle Renae A White Crow developed during an online course that I took in February. The class did an exercise where we had to imagine who some people were in a video that we watched. I've explained this in more detail in the book.
Richelle Renae I dream up a lot of my stories, literally waking up with a scene playing out as I come to the other side of wakefulness. I try to write down these scenes in my notebook and will write a story if one takes shape from the scene. I've written a novel called Argent Glass that started from one scene of a boy and girl who are separated by a gigantic glass wall. It was a romantic image in my mind when I dreamed it, but the story took on a very different tone as I wrote it.
Richelle Renae I currently have 8 more short stories to be added to the Read Write Ponder series. They are all in different stages, but several of them are written and waiting to be edited. All of them need their discussion questions written though and most of them still need covers designed. I'm close to being ready to publish two more stories in the series though.
Richelle Renae I haven't experienced writer's block yet. I think this is because I write whatever strikes me at the moment and I keep a journal of ideas so I always have something to write about.
