Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Rebecca Main I knew by the fourth book in my first series, Mr. Vrana (A Soulmark Series Book 4), that I wanted to explore the Dark Court more fully, along with all its supernatural occupants who love to be bad. Since characters are carried over from A Soulmark Series into my newest book and series, Covet the Night (Ascent of the Wicked Book 1), I wanted to find a good balance of plot and characters—introducing new and old—that would satisfy new readers and those who enjoyed A Soulmark Series. I'm VERY pleased with what was accomplished in Covet the Night and cannot wait to write the rest of the books in the series (4!).
