Joan Carol Lieberman Dear Matt, I read "New World Jewry, 1493-1825" more than twenty years ago. As I recall, I found it very helpful. I donated it to the University of Colorado Library in 2001, but it doesn't seem to be in CU's catalogue, but I am certain it must be available through your local public library's inter-library loan service. I wish I could be of more help. I think if you told a librarian what you are looking for, he/she might be better able to determine whether Seymour Liebman's books are a match. Good luck!
Joan Carol Lieberman I delve deeper into research and read the work of other writers.
Joan Carol Lieberman Trying to describe my two-part autobiography which runs just over 200,000 words in 50 words or less.

As a consultant, I spent four decades writing speeches for professionals who were afraid of losing power by expressing their true feelings to their subordinates. Whenever I was able to persuade them to speak their minds, they saw their power increase. Helping them capture their feelings in words, in order to shrink the distance between them and their audience, was a great source of satisfaction.
Joan Carol Lieberman By reading another book, specifically "The Piggle" by D.W. Winnicott, the well-known British pediatrician turned psychoanalyst.
Joan Carol Lieberman I write to feel less alone and to distill my experiences.
