Hmnnn. There are so many "worlds" I'd love to visit, but since my fav genre is thriller--not sure I'd really want to participate. Maybe as a voyeur--the flea on the ear of the hero's cat, perhaps? LOL!

I have a bunch of Lei Crime Kindle World novellas on my reading list for this summer. They're fun, short reads in a number of genres, from thriller to romance to mystery.

Hmnnn, I don't know that my life is mysterious. Perhaps the way that I communicate with animals? Actually, that's part of most every plot that I write!

Hey Alex! I really enjoyed the book--will post to GR shortly. How nice, if you have time to look at one of mine. My publisher just dropped the first in the series, LOST AND FOUND, to free. *s* Hope you enjoy the book. I'm currently writing the 4th book in the series and may in future contact you (if it's okay) for medical questions. Love to connect with experts!

There's no such thing, when deadlines mean paying the bills. Writer's block is a luxury I can't afford.

The secret is a button. Choose a button, hold it in your hand, keep it in your pocket, as a constant reminder of the single most important thing you must do to succeed as a writer:
Put your butt-on that chair and WRITE! *s*
Second, and equally important, rather than write what you know...write what you LOVE, write what makes your breath quicken, your heart swell, eyes prick with emotion, causes laugh-out-loud delight--write the book you've always wanted to read.

I'm working on the 3rd book in my September Day (dog viewpoint) suspense/thriller, tentatively titled SHOW AND TELL. The story brings back some of the characters and plot line from the first book, plus adds new trials and twists that September, her service dog Shadow and friends must overcome. And, readers will again maybe learn a bit more about what goes on between their own fur-kids furry ears, LOL!

I live with my furry muses, and my suspense thrillers feature an animal behaviorist and the common challenges they face. What happens in the world of medicine, animal behavior, pet welfare and the like always offers inspiration. I love cobbling various plot-threads together in a surprising "what if..." and am always surprised and delighted by the result. Writing from the service dog viewpoint helps me put myself in the animal's "paws" and gives a unique and fresh perspective and voice to the fiction.

I've written about kittens, adult cats, geriatric felines, adult dogs, old dogs, first aid, natural healing...but there was a hole. WHERE ARE THE PUPPIES? *s* So my next book coming out this month is COMPLETE PUPPY CARE.
