Hello, are your books, especially Corvo Hollows, only available as an e-book? They sound great, but I prefer hardcover or oversized paperbacks to an e-reader or kindle. Thanks for any information! Michelle Bianchi
April A. Taylor Hi Michelle! Corvo Hollows will be released as a trade paperback on/around March 5. It will initially only be available from Amazon, but it will be listed by other retailers the following month. Unlike the Kindle version, it’s not listed for pre-order yet.

Other books currently available in the trade (oversized) paperback format from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc. include The Haunting of Cabin Green and the entire Alexa Bentley Paranormal Mysteries series. Thanks for asking!

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
April A. Taylor The only way to transition from an aspiring writer to a writer is to write! It's also important to read many different authors who are working in your desired genre(s). Don't be afraid to make mistakes during your first draft, but also don't be afraid to ruthlessly cut stuff out to make your final draft better.

What are you currently working on?
April A. Taylor I'm currently working on Book Two of the Midnight Myths and Fairy Tales series. I'm also working on Book One of a new paranormal mysteries series.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
April A. Taylor Being a writer enables me to bring new worlds to life instead of merely keeping them in my head. It is the most emotionally satisfying thing I've ever done, and I feel fortunate to have made a living for several years from non-fiction and ghostwriting. Fiction is my true passion, though, and I'm grateful to everyone who has supported my writing by reading my stories and leaving reviews.
