The mystery of the disappearing reading glasses. Lol.

I went on a paranormal binge this summer the likes of which you've never seen. :-) I also read new books from Abbi Glines and Jennifer Armentrout, and I loved Liana Gardner's Speak No Evil. Oh, and I also reread Penny Reid's Knitting in the City series as well as Mindy Ruiz's Kingdom Hearts series.

Dear life is beautiful when you have the right family, people, and friends around you. I know you don't know me, but I hope you are aware that every good friend you have today was once a stranger, Sometimes we meet someone new and feel like we have known them all our lives. I must admit that I love every post you have on your profile and you seem like a nice person who would be a good friend. Can we please be friends?

Easy. I'd travel to Hogwarts, get a butter beer in town, and then head to the castle. There, I'd steal Hermione's time turner, find the room of requirement, and not come out until the new series is done. :-)

So sorry I haven't responded, but I just now saw this question! Seriously have to change my Goodreads email updates. :-)
I do have a new series coming out in 2018! The first book is entitled The Scythian Trials and is an adult romance about a Society that values equality above all else. Ove the millennia, this caused Scythians to evolve into a new species--one that is stronger, more intelligent, and able to live longer than other humans. Fiercely protective, they have managed to safeguard humanity from itself, until now.
I'm working on the second book now, and, of course, I've been tinkering with the new Kailmeyra spin-off fantasy series about the new Guardians of Earth, which takes place when the twins are grown. :-)
Feel free to join the Isaacs Society on Facebook if you'd like the inside scoop! I'd love to see you there! https://www.facebook.com/groups/isaac...

Hi Nicole,
That one's a hard one to answer, but I'd have to say my favorite books the Harry Potter series. I also love anything Maya Angelou, CS Lewis, and The Thomas Covenant series (an oldy but goody!). When it comes to all things romance, you can't get better than Lisa Kleypas (love her wallflower series). But lately, I've been on an indie kick and have been reading Amy Bartol, Abbi Glines, Jennifer Armentrout, Hope Collier and Mindy Ruiz (which are mainly contemporary YA).
Thanks so much for asking! :-)

I currently have two things in the hopper. One is a stand alone spin off of the Kailmeyra series, the other is a historical action/adventure that some may consider steam punk. :-)

The best way to get rid of writer's block is to give yourself permission to suck. And then write through it. Chances are most of those words will be thrown out, but it's better than not writing at all.
