What is your book All That Consumes Us inspired/influenced by? I really loved it and it inspired me in my own writing, so I was wondering what inspired you to write it.

I was inspired by my experience of being a first-generation college student and my love of gothic literature. The book is particularly influenced by Jane Eyre and Rebecca.

Is your book Ghost Wood Song inspired/ influenced by the Garcia & Grisman song Shady Grove? (or the traditional folk song that's based upon?)

Erica Waters Ghost Wood Song is partially inspired by the traditional Appalachian ballad "Shady Grove," which has many modern interpretations. My favorite version of it is by Doc Watson. My main character is named after the song, and the song plays a big role in the book overall.
