“So glad you liked the series. Unfortunately, I have learned the hard way that next-generation stories are a lot of work, so no there won't be any additional books for this series.”

I'm glad to hear that you're liking Raven & Esme's story. As for the other books, there's a bit of groveling, but not to Raven's extreme. I'd say that Book 3 has the next most groveling. The other books are more misunderstandings than anything else.

I looked into linking the books, but the site didn't give me any help on how to do that on here. So, here's the list in order...
Facing the Enemy
Engaging the Enemy
Battling the Enemy
Provoking the Enemy
Loving the Enemy
Resurrecting the Enemy
Resisting the Enemy
Confronting the Enemy
Fighting the Enemy
Challenging the Enemy
Daring the Enemy
Enticing the Enemy
Taunting the Enemy
Silencing the Enemy
Controlling the Enemy
Playing the Enemy
Embracing the Enemy
I hope this helps!

LOL...I'm glad to hear that you were able to appreciate the characters. It's fun watching the story develop and seeing how these guys are going to redeem themselves...LOL!

Glad to say that my life is extremely boring...LOL. I'm pretty simple, and don't come across lots of drama. Which is a good thing, I think.

I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed the stories. I've had a lot of requests for a next generation series, so I decided to give it my best shot. I'll be starting the project next year, though I'm not sure of the timeline.

Thank you! That one seems to be the winner amongst my readers...LOL. I really appreciated the positive vibe!

I'm so glad to hear how you like the series. It's a fan favorite. Right now, I have no intentions of writing any more books on the next generation. Resurrecting the Enemy was published as a standalone. Sorry, I'm sure that's not the news you were hoping for, but that's how it stands as of right now. Thanks again for your support!

The Order of the Cronos is a new series that will be coming out later this year. The first book is already in my beta's hands, and though each book will have standalone love story, the entire story of the Order will be spanned throughout five different books. So, technically, the books will be cliffhangers, but I plan on having them all out at the same time. No waiting...LOL!

LOL! Thank you. It's awesome when someone loves my stories. I'm working really hard and writing better and better editing, but this is still just a hobby for me, so it feel great when I get feedback like yours. Thank you, for your kind words!

I think so, just maybe in a real-world way, though. I think there are men out there who've fought for the girl. I also think a man can fall in love deeply. My grandfather lost my grandmother when my mom was only three-years-old and he never remarried or brought another woman home. They had eight children together, and he raised the youngest three by himself after her death. So, yeah, I think alpha males with the capacity to love deeply do exist. 💕

Hi Sunami, I hope to have two releases in June, one in July, and a Mafia series in August! 😁
M.E. Clayton
The second book is Roselyn & Liam's story, the third book is Deke's story, and the fourth book is a new character named Ava's story 😁

Thank you! Facing the Enemy was originally intended to be a standalone work, but I got so many requests for Roselyn's, Liam's, and Deke's stories, I decided to write their books too. I just finished the first drafts for the 3rd book and 4th book, and am halfway done with the 2nd book. Hopefully, they can be available for release by the end of the year. 😁

It was originally supposed to be a standalone, however, I received so many requests for Roselyn's, Liam's, and Deke's stories, that I am working on their books now. I also received requests for Vicky's book from In Enemy Territory, so I'm working on that too. I'm an avid reader, and being such, I hate waiting on book releases for series, so if I write a series, all books will always be available immediately. I just never planned on Facing the Enemy to become a series...LOL.

Thank you, so much! Since I'm new to this and still working on my writing skills, it's so awesome when someone reaches out to me to tell me they liked one of my books! The Buchanan Brother series just came out May 1st, and I have An Unexpected Life coming out on June 1st. However, due to so many requests, I am working on Roselyn's, Liam's & Deke's stories as we speak. I'm am also working on Vicky's story from In Enemy Territory by request also. You can visit my FB page for updates, but I am currently working on a newsletter and hopefully that's out soon. Thanks again!!!

Hi Ashi….I've had so many requests for Vicky's (In Enemy Territory) story, and Roselyn's, Liam's & Deke's (Facing the Enemy) stories that I'm already into Chapter 7 of Vicky's story...LOL. I will begin Roselyn's, Liam's & Deke's stories around June this year. Thank you so much for reaching out and, yes, I do plan to continue with these types of stories among others!
M.E. Clayton
First, thank you! I'm new at this and, while I'm working on bettering my editing skills, it's awesome to read positive feedback on what I've put out there so far. It's so funny you should ask about Facing The Enemy, because another reader recently mentioned wanting to read about Liam, Deke and Roselyn. I had no plans on writing about the supportive characters, but I'm thinking about doing it now. I've also toyed with writing Vicky & Will's story. Right now, I finishing a comedy series, once that's done, I can certainly begin Vicky's book, and then move on to Liam, Deke and Roselyn's stories. Thank you for your support! It means the world!

Luckily, I haven't had any experience with this. But I think it's because I'm not committed to a publishing house or deadlines or the other issues that plague real authors where writing is their actual profession. I hope to never have to experience writer's block, but if I do...well, I'll move onto another idea and hopefully find my way back.
