Like all of us, I've seen our screens take over our lives. As a dad of four daughters, I was very concerned. As a software developer, I knew it wasn't an accident. And as a Christian, I knew there was hope. So I set out to learn exactly how our desires are being shaped by screens, who is doing it, and why. I also share a hope-filled set of Biblical practices that have helped me and many people I've mentored find the freedom they were looking for.
