I wanted to write something different for the urban fantasy genre. Something a little darker and grittier. My writing is best summed up as "Where Monsters, Myths, and Fairytales Collide." For this current book I was inspired by Greek monsters and myths but also Grimm fairy tales and the Little Mermaid.

If I am feeling "stuck" on a current w.i.p I switch to another one and change up the music I am listening to. Writer's block only exists if you say it does. Sometimes you need to work on other things or even take a solid break from your work to get back into the right groove.

The best thing is being able to create new worlds and characters. I always have ideas floating around in this crazy mind of mine. I decided it was high time I shared them with the world.

I am currently revising book one in my latest series coming out December 2020 while also working on book two for NaNoWriMo.
