I write. Might not sound like sound advice, but that is the only solution. Even if you I a break, I have to get back to it. Whether feeling it or not, I always sit down and write. Rambling on, not letting myself stop typing, until I have vomited out the solution to whatever issue had stopped me in the first place. That never happens if I stop and step away.
