I journal what is happening in my life, what I am feeling, sometimes details, sometime grand thoughts. I think that 100 years from now, what I am doing and thinking might be of interest to someone. So even mundane stuff might fascinate someone from the future.

I am currently working up to the launch of this book -- due to be released on Amazon on March 21, 2019. The launch includes parties and speaking engagements. I have so much to learn as this is my first published book.

I was keeping a journal as we traveled and began to share with readers some of the dementia symptoms that George was experiencing. It became a two journey's. And readers began to express how the stories were helping them cope with their own care-giving challenges. I thought a book could reach more people and I could insert some of the lessons I learned along the way.
