Cheryll Snow Sea Horses actually started out as a short story titled The Manner of Jack's Demise. The inspiration for that story came from a patient I met while working as a home health RN. In the original story, Jack took his own life. A writing teacher asked me what would keep Jack from hanging himself, and I came up with a scenario of a phone call from a granddaughter Jack didn't know he had. Thus, the story of Sea Horses was born.

Cheryll Snow When I'm stuck in a scene or part of a story, I so something else, like clean the house or do laundry. Sometimes I work on a puzzle or crafting. My ideas and solutions come to me at the strangest times! The twist to my novel came as I was making my bed one morning.
