Chloe Liese Thanks for reading the Bergmans! I did do research and then corroborated and corrected it while working with my dear friend who is diabetic (T1D) and worked as my primary authenticity source and reader, meaning she provided authenticity source material, critique of application of that source material in the story, and reviewed and further critiqued the revised material after applying her original feedback, to ensure representational accuracy. No two people's experience of a condition will be the same, of course, but my hope and effort always is for readers, to whatever degree they share a character's identity or resonant experience in my books, to feel seen and validated, and I hope that's the case for you, too.
Chloe Liese Thank you! I hope so. Right now, I only know of a deal with a Spanish publisher/translator for my Wilmot Sisters Series, but I try to share news about new foreign deal/forthcoming translations on my social media, so keep an eye out and hopefully I'll have good news on this front sooner rather than later.
Chloe Liese I haven't shared an exhaustive list, but I can tell you these are a few of his all-time favorites:

The Duchess Deal, Tessa Dare (obviously ;-))
An Island Princess Starts a Scandal, Adriana Herrera
Devil in Spring, Lisa Kleypas
Indigo, Beverly Jenkins
The Pennyroyal Green Series, Julie Anne Long
The London Highwaymen Seres, Cat Sebastian

Chloe Liese Thanks so much for reading the Bergmans! The siblings' birth order, from oldest to youngest, is:

Freya
Axel
Ren
Ryder
Viggo
Oliver
Ziggy
Chloe Liese Viggo's book is coming in 2024!
Chloe Liese Thank you for reading! I honestly couldn't ever pick a favorite Bergman or Bergman love interest; I love them all for different reasons and feel a special bond to each of their characters that I developed while writing them. I'm glad to hear you're a fan of Viggo, who is a delightfully chaotic force of nature that I always love to bring to life on page. His story is next!
Chloe Liese This is so kind, thank you! I have read and loved so many books, meaning this is by no means an exhaustive list, but I do have a list of some favorites on my Goodreads profile (please, as always, check content warnings before proceeding and take care of yourself!):

Chloe Liese Yes, I plan to :).
Chloe Liese Hi Anni! Thank you for your kind words about my writing. I'm passionate about including all shapes and functions of bodies and celebrating their beauty in my stories. Freya in Book 3 was written as plus size, though how one defines fatness or being plus size is subjective and will vary from person to person, so I respect if she didn't read as fat or plus size to you! That said, there will be more main characters in my future books who typify plus size to my authenticity sources and critique readers, and hopefully to you too.
Chloe Liese As interconnected standalone they can be read in any order without missing major details or plot points, but there will be minor spoilers and most people prefer to read them in the order that they were published and in which they're listed as a series on Goodreads as well as vendor sites, starting with Only When It's Us.
Chloe Liese Thanks so much for reading! I'm glad you've enjoyed the Bergmans. Oliver's book is next, out May 2022!
Chloe Liese Thank you for reading The Mistletoe Motive—I’m touched that you enjoyed it so deeply! It will definitely be available in paperback, just not right away, since Kobo Originals start in the versions exclusive to Kobo's platform (e-book & audiobook). I'll be sure to announce on social media and also share here on Goodreads when the paperback version is for sale!
Chloe Liese Hi Piper! Thanks for your message and interest in my books. The Bergman Brothers books are interconnected standalones that can absolutely be read out of order. The only thing to be aware of is, if you read out of order, there will be *minor* spoilers about the other couples whose books precede the one you're reading. As long as you don't mind that, you'll be fine to read whichever book(s)'s tropes and premise(s) call to you, no matter where they fall in the series. Happy reading!
Chloe Liese Hi Kami! I'm touched that Always Only You is a comfort read for you. Viggo's role in that book was such fun to write, and I'm glad you enjoyed the part he had to play in it, too. I can't say much about his book yet, except that it's not next! Oliver's will be next (after the release of Axel's story in September 2021).
Chloe Liese Hi! Thank you for reading; I'm so glad you've enjoyed the series so far :). And yes, all Bergman siblings are going to get a novel. While so far each book has indeed featured an Austen epigraph and allusions sprinkled throughout, I can't share yet which Austen titles might apply to future Bergman books.
