Music. Music. Music. Seriously, not to hawk them too much (but I'm going to), Nothing More is a fabulous band. So emotive and raw. Best writing music hands down.

For Privately, I worked in a corporate setting for years. By nature, they're incredibly restrictive. I was always curious how it'd work if someone decided to test them to an extreme.

Book #2 of the Barrett Brothers. I have roughly 45% done. I also have like 20% of Book #3 because I have no impulse control. When I get a thought, I need to write it down. I also randomly have bits of about three other books jotted down outside of the series.

Keep writing and stop doubting yourself. I doubted my humor in Privately would land SO MUCH, but guess what? People love it. That little voice in your head is your biggest obstacle. Step on it and keep writing.

Thinking you have complete control of these invented people in your head but quickly realizing you don't. They take you where they want to go, and it's always fun to explore.
