Will there be more books coming from the out of uniform series? I love it sm
Elle Kennedy Right now, I’m viewing the series as complete. If I do write more military/Navy SEAL hero books, I’d most likely do a spinoff to Out of Uniform, with Seal Team 8 (who were introduced in Jackson’s book).

Would you consider writing books that take place in work environments? I love a good workplace romance.
Elle Kennedy You never know! At the moment I’m having a fun time with colleges & sports, but I’ve written workplace romances in the past. Definitely check out the After Hours series!

Hi I am in love with the off campus and briar U series. Please say you’re expanding the storyline at least one more book, like you did with off campus for the Legacy but for Briar U. How do they end up in the future after college?
Elle Kennedy The only “future snapshot” I have planned at the moment is my next-generation Campus Diaries series. A LOT of Briar U characters make an appearance in The Graham Effect (Campus Diaries Book #1). Jake Connelly is one of them <3

I have rogue but I haven’t read misfit do I need to read misfit or can rogue be read as a stand-alone?
Elle Kennedy Each book in the Prep series is for a different couple, so they can be read as a standalone. But there are subplots that do continue from Misfit to Rogue, just not about the main couple.

I was wondering if you were working on any standalone's as well? Obsessed with all your series. Just finished Summer Girl and can't wait for The Graham Effect.
Elle Kennedy Thank you SO MUCH for reading! The majority of my books are readable / enjoyable as standalones, but I do prefer to write in a series because I am obsessed with world-building. A few of my series actually started off with the intention of a standalone story, but then things spiraled out of control :D With that said, I have a standalone novel coming out in February—GIRL ABROAD. It’s not part of a series, and there are no plans for it to be one. So make sure to check that one out.

hi! I love your book Good Girl Complex! I listened to it in one day then again the next day! I loved it so much! The only thing is that I wish there had been an epilogue! or maybe a second book just for this book? I really want to know how there doing! Also, do they mention or maybe even have Mac and cooper in the bad girl reputation? I really hope so! excited to read the second one! and for the new one to come out!
Elle Kennedy You see A LOT of Mac and Cooper in Bad Girl Reputation, so all the updates about them and their relationship (and Mac’s hotel) are definitely featured in BGR.

Elle Kennedy Briar University is a purely fictional school located just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, near the fictional town of Hastings 😊

I absolutely LOVE the "Out of Uniform," "Outlaws," and "Killer Instincts" series, and of course, "Him," "Us," and "Epic." Will you be writing any more M/M or ménage works anytime soon? Fingers crossed!

Summer is so so fantastic! She is probably the character I enjoyed most reading about. And I am an Harry Potter die hard fan, so that’s saying a lot :) I would like to know 1. Where did you get the inspiration for Summer, particularly around her ADHD; 2. Is there any chance we will get another book about her (and Fitzy)?
Elle Kennedy Thank you so much! I know a few people with ADHD and anxiety, and when we first meet Summer in The Score, I felt like I could see some of those traits in her as well. A lot of the time, it’s the world around me that influences the characters I write about 😊 I adore Summer so much, and I loved how she dealt with her struggles without letting them completely overcome her.

Also, I’m not saying who just yet, but expect to see some Off-Campus / Briar U favorites in The Graham Effect! Summer is mentioned a few times in TGE…

Elle Kennedy I don’t have a favorite! Each couple is special for their own reasons, and I refuse to pick one LOL. But fine! If I had to….Garrett and Hannah from Off Campus, and Jake and Brenna from Briar U 😊

What would you recommend for trying to get out of a reading/writing slump? Is there anything that works best for you?
Elle Kennedy When I hit a writing wall, I like to clear my head by finding something completely mundane to think about. Either that, or I binge watch reality TV for a while LOL For reading… I just keep picking up books until a story sucks me in!

Elle Kennedy Thank you! And that does sound fun! Have you checked out Sarina Bowen’s The New Guy? They’re not exactly teammates, but they work for the same organization (hockey player + team physiotherapist). SO GOOD!

I've read "Misfit" and "Rogue," and thoroughly enjoyed both of them. Do you plan to write a third Prep book? I'm dying to know what actually happened to Casey Tresscott!
Elle Kennedy You are just going to have to wait and see on this one (though between us, I’d say the chances are pretty good for a book 3).

Which boom from your off-campus series is your favorite or relate to the most? I'm a huge fan of yours and absolutely love your books!
Elle Kennedy It really changes on any given day. Usually The Deal is my favorite, because it really is special to me, but sometimes I think back to Grace’s list of demands, or Tucker’s sweet southern charm, and my mind is easily changed!

can I read “the score” as the first book in the series?
Elle Kennedy 100%! The first 4 books in the series are complete standalones, though events that happen in prior books can affect the books after them, and couples from previous books are already together. It’s really a personal preference.
