How do you get inspired to write?

Rahul Iyer I observe people, situations. I try to understand the emotions around situations. More often than not, inspirations are drawn from general day-to-day observations.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Rahul Iyer I am very fond of cycling myself. As a kid, I remember cycling along with my sister on her bicycle. So these experiences helped me build an idea for Bicycle Diaries.
