To be honest I don't deal with it at all. First of all, I don't get it often, but if I do I just put aside my laptop and come back to it when I feel ready. You can't force yourself to create anything, especially to write.

I'm a very creative person. I get inspiration basically anywhere and anytime. I could just read a sentence on the billboard, listen to the conversation, watch a video, I might be just thinking, and get inspired to write. I often get ideas during sleep, working out, eating... So basically I'm always creating something either in my mind or physically.
