The "Mana Trilogy" was a tale I wanted to tell for many years. My first attempt in delivering it was in the form of a video game. It was a branching narrative-driven game with a fairly standard D&D 3.5e skill system.
However, just developing the framework, a few assets and the prologue (demo) took something like a year's worth of late-nights.
However, I wanted to say this story I had created in my mind, partly inspired from old JRPGs and party from my home-brewed D&D world, that I couldn't rest until I started writing it.
The rest is available for everyone to read, and hopefully enjoy!

A new universe that will be a mix of urban fantasy and LitRPG.
Very, very, VERY excited about this one. It has a very detailed and extensive system while the world is walking on familiar paths but ever-growing!

The most important thing, far more important than learning to write, strengthening your prose, developing your craft, etc., is writing.
Sit down and write something.
It won't look nice. But it will be much better than what you had before.
Start writing and finish it. It takes a lot to finish something creative. Many people say "I always wanted to write a book". Just do it.
Stop starting and start finishing! You can do it.

Harry Potter universe.
A place where magic exists and things aren't terribly dangerous.
Star Trek universe would be a nice alternative. Even though there is no magic at all, people are happy and safe (for the most part), and technology makes it up for magic!

I am trying to read as many LitRPG books as I can, both because I love the genre but also because I currently writing a new series in it.
Another one I can't wait to read is "Kings of the Wyld" by Nicholas Eames.
I've only heard good things about it and it sounds like I'll love it.
