I seldom get writer's block. I write non-fiction on the subject of meditation and related topics that comes out of my experience of exploring higher consciousness in my daily life. I capture my ideas and develop them in my daily journal. And often, it just seems like Spirit is moving through and my job is to let my fingers flow the word onto my laptop screen.

i keep 3 x 5 cards scattered throughout the house. When the muse strikes I immeditately make a note of what inspiriting words, mindpictures or whole have just struck me. And as soon as possible I develop the inspiration in to whole cloth so as to not loose the feeling and the flavor and the substance of the idea.
