Embracing the Storm was an idea that came to me during a literal storm. I was sitting on the couch writing as the rain was falling, and suddenly I thought about the beautiful and chaotic storms I have faced both physically and metaphorically. It was almost as if the lightning that struck down by my home gave me the idea! A truly magical moment... Of course, things only grew and flourished from there!

I take a mental health day, then get back to work. I continue to write no matter how good or bad I think that the material is. I allow it to grow into what it eventually becomes.
