Tenkara Smart Hi Toula,

It's great to hear from you! I am about to release book two in my series The Many Lives of Wolf titled HIS NAME IS JUNSAKU. Here's a brief summary:

In a land steeped in honour and tradition, where samurai warriors clash in brutal battles and the shogunate wields supreme power, Junsaku Aoyama senses his destiny: He will be Japan's greatest samurai.

As Junsaku pursues his dreams, he finds his heart changed forever when he sees a Lithuanian woman disembark a Dutch merchant ship. From that moment on, he struggles to balance his loyalty to Japan's rulers with his love for his family, and even the ominous warnings from a ghost shrouded in black may not be enough to protect those he holds most dear.

I'll be officially releasing the book on 3rd March, 2025. It's historical fantasy, adventure, romance, and magical realism, and honestly I'm really proud of this novel and hope readers will enjoy it.

Are you working on anything new?
Tenkara Smart Hi Isi, sorry for the late response. I'd be thrilled if you read/honestly reviewed She Named Me Wolf, yet I can only offer an electronic copy. Let me know if that works for you and also, please confirm your email address. Thanks :)
Tenkara Smart They already are my plots in my series The Many Lives of Wolf :)
Tenkara Smart Hi Matthew,

Wow! Thank you so much for enjoying She Named Me Wolf.

The idea came from stories that were shared with me. I decided that I wanted to take these real-life experiences and fictionalize them, creating a series of books that would (hopefully) touch a reader on a deep level. The next book in the series The Many Lives of Wolf is about the samurai warrior, Junsaku, and I hope to have it ready to read in 2021. I hope you'll give it a read :)

Also, I hope you'll share your review on Amazon and Goodreads so that others might know you enjoyed it. Thanks again for the question and for saying that you were touched by She Named Me Wolf - you made my day!!!

Tenkara Smart Hi Jordan,

Throughout my life, people have shared stories with me, and some of those stories were added to my book. I added this short scene because I felt it highlighted the wisdom of Wolf and that it showed Wolf is true to who he is, he trusts his feelings and his instincts, and Wolf is committed to making his own decisions in life based on what he thinks is right.

My future books will be taking place long in the past and not in Australia, so the topics and stories will be different.
Tenkara Smart Two things: Like Nike says, 'Just Do It'-start and it may begin to flow like unclogging a drain OR just walk away, don't stress about it, commit to trying it again.
Tenkara Smart Just write. Write it down. Editing is the hardest part. It's grueling and if you do it yourself, it's hard - if you don't, it can be expensive. The first step is to write it down and then commit to fine-tuning it to the best of your ability.
Tenkara Smart She Named Me Wolf is the first book in the series. I am currently working on the second book which is adult fiction; a sweeping story of love and revenge with a protagonist named is Junsaku who is a past life of the boy Wolf from the book 'She Named Me Wolf'.
Tenkara Smart Listening to various stories, pulling on my own experiences and beliefs, and intense collaboration with my husband, I came up with Wolf, an amazing boy with wisdom beyond his years, and his best friend, Polly, who is a ghost.
