Thanks so much! I'm excited to work on new projects with publishers. And there's certainly plenty of hope to be had on that front, and I'm confident that we'll be seeing Jamie on screen in the not to distant future (with some swift winds!). There'll be news coming on this front soon :)

Hi Trixie! So glad you're enjoying the books. I do like to bring new characters in and revolve the cast so to say. I'll definitely be bringing Thorsen back into Jamie's life down the line here. As he's such a big presence, I felt that the new UK-set series would be awash with too many main characters if I brought him back right away. But, rest assured, I do have plans for Jamie and Thorsen in the future, I just need to find the best way to re-acquaint them! But I have a few things cooking :)

Book 2 in the DS Jamie Johansson series is just being prepared for release, and I'm already deep into the first draft of book 3, with book 4 on the horizon.

As I always have. I push through. I find that bulleting what I'm going to write next helps to get the juices flowing! And often those bullets turn into sentences, then paragraphs, and suddenly I'm writing again.
