L.C. Tang Thank you for your question as this is a very personal one.

My biggest pet peeve is dealing with people and companies who are UNPROFESSIONAL and do not rectify their mistakes when they know they are in the wrong.

I conduct all my endeavours with the utmost professionalism and am extremely disappointed when people have no integrity or morals in their character, conduct or conversation. Especially when people cut corners and do not deliver their promised services as advertised.

Such is the reality of a society in a fallen world. I have come to have such a distaste for such individuals and move on to bigger and better opportunities.

I hold scripture verse Luke 6:38 dear to my heart as it says, "Give and it will be give unto you, full measure, pressed down and overflowing unto your lap. For the measure you use, will be measured back to you."

You can read about such sentences of Karma in my book, both good and bad.
L.C. Tang I believe the best thing about being a writer is you get to express your deepest thoughts and feelings in an avenue that is comfortable and safe. I never thought of myself as a novel writer and have been encouraged to write my story countless times over the years.
During the process of writing, I learned that the best thing about being a writer is that you get to share your message and it is not only euphoric but also therapeutic. Sometimes I am a bit too honest and people don't get my sense of humour or jokes. I find that with writing I can just be myself and not have to worry about so much about offending and try not to be misunderstood.
L.C. Tang Thank you for your questions. They are two very good questions.
Question 1) How did you come up the pen name?
L.C. Tang is a derivative on my real identity. L.C. is the character in my book and it spells out as Lincee and pronounced as two syllables Lin and Cee together. Lincee is a part of my real name but with some missing letters and all the letters are all mixed up.
Tang is also a derivative of my surname. Can you guess which one it is?
A) Bretang B) Brettan C) Tangski D) Tanghetti E) Tangoakar F) Tangly G) Tandi or
H) Tangofsky

Question 2) Why are you using a pen name? I am not using my real identity and name for this publication as I do not wish to claim any fame, accolade or monetary gain in sharing my message with the world. I wrote this book to share the message of the seafarers life and how one can find meaning and purpose in life. My hope is to intrigue and satiate the appetite of the travel enthusiast, encourage the seafarer and to broaden the understanding of those affiliated and interested in the travel and maritime industry. Also, I don't want my worlds to collide.
