I had to experience a lot of trauma in my life and somehow I made it through. I healed, I overcame, I transformed. On my healing journey I learnt a lot about trauma and what actually has to happen to heal. Being free of trauma is an incredible feeling and I wanted to help others achieve that same freedom.
