Caldwell, Ney York! Hands down, the Black Dagger Brotherhood by JR Ward is my favourite series and, at the moment Lassiter is still single... just sayin' ;)

The idea came from deciding which gem I would use for the series. I settled on the alexandrite because I loved the contrast of a stone that looked like a ruby in one light and an emerald in another. I started pondering polar opposites and a virgin succubus was born!
