Alex Robins Hi Abby. No sex or nudity. Some light kissing and a few innuendos.
Alex Robins Wow, a whole smorgasbord of things to be honest. The War of the Twelve started from a frustration of there not being enough epic fantasy starring middle-aged protagonists, and my desire to play around with the reliability of History. The Ruined Gods stemmed from my love of Ancient Greece and Greek Mythology. So each series starts with an idea like that, then pretty much everything I read, watch, or see around me everyday fuels my imagination to add bricks to that foundation.
Alex Robins Hi there Julie! So glad you enjoyed the first book :) Jay is a fantastic narrator, isn't he? I would love to get the other three books out on audio, the problem is they are so expensive to produce it's a bit complicated for indie authors like myself to gather the necessary funds.
That being said, I'm working with Jay to (hopefully) have the second book out in the next six months or so, with the rest to follow at a later date.
Alex Robins Well, it's not really a mystery, but I always thought moving countries at age twelve and having to fit in without speaking the language would make for a good novel!
Alex Robins "Come play with me," came the voice of my brother from the depths of the cellar. We had buried him last Sunday.
