Jonathan Robinson Having interviewed over 100 spiritual leaders, ranging from The Dalai Lama to Deepak Chopra, I thought it would be a good idea to share stories of what I learned from them, and what methods they taught that I thought were most valuable on the path towards enlightenment.
Jonathan Robinson I meditate, drink some coffee, and tap into my heart and ask, "what feels juicy to write about today?"
Jonathan Robinson I have a book coming out in July called, "The Enlightenment Project: How I went from depressed to blessed, and you can too."
Jonathan Robinson I write for at least 5 minutes three times a week. That way, I have several chances each week to get into the flow of writing. If I feel a block, after 5 minutes I give up, but by having several "at bats" per week, I usually find that at least once a week I am able to get into "the flow" and have good stuff come forth.
Jonathan Robinson I like being creative and writing is creating something out of nothing. It feels good when you express an idea or a story in a way that clarifies or inspires.
