I just finished the first draft to the sequel to Paramour: Paradox!

For me, writer’s block usually comes from not thinking enough about a scene. It could be that the setting is just coming off as a white room in my head, or it might be something more difficult like my characters not saying or doing what I want them to. Most of the time, if I grab a notebook I can ask myself questions until the scene starts to take life in my head. For example, I have three main characters in my current WIP. I have to ask myself what each character wants and how they could get it in each chapter so that no one is forgotten or underdeveloped 🖤

1. Don't be afraid to write crappy first drafts. Just get the words down and fix things in revision.
