Most of my inspiration comes from analogue life, time spent in nature or thinking while I do offline things. Another thing that has inspired me to write is being part of an artist group.

I'll try to tell you what it's like waking up with one leg after going to sleep with two legs. But first, I must listen to the instructions the AI is sending me for how to program my neural network this morning.

I'm working on a middle grade book that's been in the works for years.
Think Moomin x Wind in the Willows. A Nordic-inspired tale of tolerance and cooperation in the Moomin tradition.
When Sniffy & Piggy, an odd couple of pigs, get chased into a dangerous forest by an evil wolf (think film noir mob boss who burns down your house) and his posse, the have to outwit the wolves.
Through a series of adventures they enlist the help of other creatures in the forest while they ultimately look for a new home and a new beginning.
I'm looking for an agent and publisher.

The world of Cugel the Clever created by Jack Vance. I would try to survive as long as possible while observing Cugel and his adventures!

First, many details in these stories are directly generated through dreams I’ve had. I’ve always found dreams incredibly helpful in my creative life. Moods, details, and scenarios unlike anything I could generate by daydreaming.
Science fiction has formed me into who I am. No, quite seriously. In there, in the depths of me, I am the female lead character in Battlestar Galactica (the original TV series of course!), Alien, X-Files and The Terminator. Some of my fondest childhood memories are of those watching Battlestar Galactica. My English was virtually nonexistent and likewise my Finnish (subtitles were always in Finnish) — but there was nothing wrong with my eyes and my imagination! It’s possible I created my own story versions of what really went on with Adama and his crew.
I’m the pilot of my own ship. Science fiction suits me. It deals with things we humans often cannot or won’t touch unless it’s masked by aliens, technology or time. I might possibly be one of the few people you know who cried profusely when Sarah Connor lowers the Terminator into the molten steel.
