I've always wondered how you approach the task of writing a Gamebook. After you decide the themes and overall story... do you create a graph? Deciding section numbers and the "Go to..." options, both seem like an art that is specific for gamebooks, and quite a complex one.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Jonathan Green Writers write. Simple as that. And read to. Finish something and then write something else. Writing, like any muscle, needs to be exercised for it to become stronger and more effective. And good luck!

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Jonathan Green I don't believe in writer's block. If you find yourself in a tricky bit, you just have to write through it. Jobbing writers can't afford to have writer's block.
