Just devoured (heh!) Sadie On A Plate in one sitting, have a book hangover, am hungry for dumplings... but what I really want is a babka beignet recipe! Do you have one?

Amanda Elliot Thank you so much! :) I sadly do not have a babka beignet recipe, but as far as babka variations go, I'm dying to try Smitten Kitchen's recipe for a baklava babka!
